Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Introduction

Women-X respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

What We Host

Women-X is an informational database and review website. We do not host adult videos, images, or other copyrighted media content. Our site contains:

  • Performer profile information (names, statistics, career details)
  • Thumbnail images that may be cached or hotlinked from third-party sources
  • Original editorial content (reviews, guides, articles)
  • Links to third-party websites

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please provide a written notice containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide the URL(s) or other specific location of the material you claim is infringing.
  3. Your contact information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the complaining party

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours. We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material upon receipt of a valid notice.

False Claims Warning

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
